Music is my passion. I believe there is a parallel between creating a song and a painting. Artist and musician both work on layering—textures, depth and colors to me. This is what I am most passionate about. I often choose dark, bold colors because that’s how jazz & blues music speaks to me. Just as all the layers and brushstrokes come together to make the painting, all of the phrases, notes and melodies together make the song.
